In-mold label

In-mold labeling means that when the plastic container is processed by injection molding or blow molding, the in-mold label is first attached to the inner surface of the mold by the robot. When the plastic container is inflated or injection-molded, the inner surface of the thermal energy label of the raw material itself is used for hot melt. It adheres to the outer wall of the container, while the outer printing surface is smooth and maintains the good effect of trademark printing.

In-mold trademark advantages:

1. Good visual effect; the in-mold trademark is tightly fitted with the outer surface of the container, and it is integrated with the container itself and firmly adhered.

2, has a certain anti-counterfeiting effect, due to the higher cost of manufacturing the in-mold label itself, and because the use of the process requires the robot system to complete the bidding work, there is a certain threshold in terms of capital and technology.

3. Excellent recyclability; the in-mold trademark is made of polyolefin material. It can be pulverized and reused with the container without peeling. No secondary pollution occurred.
